Installation as part of a group show from the Marcel van Eeden & Barbara Seiler Masterclass @ KABK, The Hague

A long steel sculpture is lying on a pedestal, surrounded by other small sculptures, drawings and photographs on pedestals of different heights. Semi-hidden short films are waiting for those who activate their codes. This installation is the result of an imaginary fusion between two relatives in form: the seal and the zeppelin. Both are carriers of a specific dichotomy: They are bulky yet able to glide elegantly in their respective element.
